Product: Gold plated copper pin contact
Designed for a bared wire to be inserted and crimped to the contact, if required solder could also be applied.
• Pin Number : 10, 20 or 40
• Dimensions : Overall length 15mm (gold plated pin length 8mm) Diameter 1mm
• Pin contact to mate with: 1mm socket contact
These pins mate with a 1mm socket crimp contact we also have for sale, see our item code OM0967A1, listed as-
“SAE Gold Plated Socket Contact Crimp Taped and Reeled OM0967A1”
These ‘as new’ contact pins are stored with us on original tape and reels, you will receive the quantity ordered still attached to a cut length of tinned copper band.
Manufactured in the 80’s by SAE (Stanford Applied Engineering being the US parent Co.)
In original packaging and absolutely ‘as new’.
Given their age and the ‘Milspec’ type manufacturer these contacts were made to a specification, and gold plated to a level not available today!
PLEASE NOTE!
These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large Milspec type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. They are however pristine, stored with us still in their original packaging and ‘as new’ in all respects, the photographs are representative of their excellent condition, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
