Description
The SG317K is a monolithic integrated circuit in a TO-3 style package Intended for use as a positive adjustable voltage regulator.
They are designed to supply more than 1.5 A of load current with an output voltage adjustable over a 1.2 to 37 V range.
The nominal output voltage is selected by means of only a resistive divider, making the device exceptionally easy to use and eliminating the stocking of many fixed regulators.
These genuine Silicon General parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus components from a large MILSPEC type Co. having been stored for many years (date code 8335) Due to this we have classified them as ‘new other’ They are in perfect condition stored with us still in their original packaging, ideal if you want to add authenticity to a renovation project.
